Revolver Dimensions

Does anyone have a datasheet, measurements, or SOMETHING on the dimensions of the Tera revolver shackles? I need eye-to-eye and inner/outer width of both the frame and spring mount. I've looked online and there's nothing!

Reason is that I want to build the spring mounts ONCE... :D

I believe they are 2.75" wide at the frame side.... I could be wrong... and 4.5" eye to eye in the collapsed position....
