I am talking about the ones for front axles, I saw them in a 4wd mag once, but I dont know who makes them or where to get them. They are used on your front axle and install in the verry end of the tube where the knuckle is. they keep mud/dirt/water/whatever from getting in your axle tube. I would like to get a set if they are not too mutch money. anyone here use them or know who makes them? I cant find the mag and come up with nothing trying a search on the net because I dont know what to search.

i havent used them yet,but i plan to when i make a front isuzu axle for my friends trooper out of one of his old rears smile.gif

im also interested in any feedback anyone has. seeoms like a good idea to run one out at the end of the tube to keep the funk out. my tubes have been so packed full of mud there is just a hole in the middle where the shaft runs  had to take out the diff and bust out the garden hose to clean it out from the inside of the housing smile.gif

Yes, those are what I am talking about. Seems like the one I saw in the mag was greaseable. I'm shure there are more out there. But that is basicly what it is, seems like a real good idea and it would keep dirt/mud/sand from getting in the tube and eating up the inner seal.
