bumper is 2x4 .120 box and the pipe is 1 1/4"& 1" sch. 40 black pipe. I know I should have used DOM or HREW bu tit is a bumper that's is not suppose to kill people.

looks good i like the stinger type bumpers. may want to add some sort of gusset on the sides of the bumpers, if you hit anything with that side bent like that it may bend the metal. are those stock 7 leaf waggie springs? how did you do the latch for your doors?

no they are R.C. 3 in. lift spring with a spring pulled out and the pack opened up, sits about an inch higher than the rear, I had the stockers on but they were negative arched and it sat about 2 inches lower in the front then.
Right now bungy cords, but I have some barn latches for the insides.

Don't worry about the kinks near those bends. You won't even be able to see them once you get the bondo, primer, paint, and wax on there.
