I have gone brain dead today. Can't remember how to make a single cut in tubing so that when the 2 pieces are rotated 180 degrees you get the desired angle and the faces line up nicely to be welded. I need a 135 angle in round tube.

You be able to just cut at half the anlge that you want. Like if you wanted a 90 degree angle, you cut along a 45 degree angle. Then fllip one over and you got a 90, as each is 45.

Thanks Stuka ! I thought that was it, but limited on metal so I didn't want to waste a cut.

So that would be a 67.5 deg cut. Just in case your brain hasen't come back to life yet. ;)
