You can get rebuilt ones and some new at any auto parts store. New is pretty expensive and the glitch with the rebuilts from Auto Zone, Pep Boys and the rest of the discounts chain stores is that they're junk. They're all rebuilt outside the US and they basically just get dip shined and a kit thrown in and I do mean "thrown in". Unfortunately even the ones from Napa are also junk as of a couple years ago. The last two I bought were worse than the ones I took off http://www.ifsja.org/ubb/frown.gif
2v carbs aren't really hard to rebuild and the instructions included are good. Just beware where the throttle plate rod goes into the body. If there is some slop there you'll need to have it bushed(not done on store bought rebuilds). Or have a pro carb shop rebuild it. It'll be cheaper than a new junk rebuilt carb and should be done correctly with attention paid to the throttle plate rod etc. If you don't feel like doing it or can't find a shop local you might write these guys www.archcarburetor.com (http://www.archcarburetor.com)
I've never used them but their prices seem in the ballpark.
Point to all this is stay away from the discount stores for a carb. I've known the owner of my local NAPA for years and he told me even their carbs are pretty bad now. One out three rebuilts is usable as is http://www.ifsja.org/ubb/frown.gif
Good luck.

I'm a fan of the 2150 as far as 2-bbl carbs go. I'd suggest a rebuild.
