As some of you already know, I dont currently have a PCV valve installed which makes for a big hole in my manifold  . So Im searching for the connection to the carb, Haynes is not helpful  , and the only place I can find is possibly a connection for the vacuum line directly under the plunger on the drivers side of the carb. Forgive my ignorance I should probably know the name of that "plunger" tongue.gif !! Feeling under that there seems like a port sticking out to hook up to, is this for the PCV? If not, Im at a loss, sounds stupid but there isnt anywhere else for the vacuum line to plug into on the carb. Carb is the Model 2100 Motorcraft 2bbl. Thanks!

Look at the rear of the carb, from the driver's side, and you'll see either a hose, ending with a pcv valve attached somewhere, or broken. Or just an open vacuum port.

The PCV valve should be connected to the port on the drivers side rear of the carb.
