727 park prob/jeep won't shut down

1. went to work as usual this morning, arrived, turned off the ignition, gauges all turned off but motor kept on running, finally had to shut it down under the hood, been driving it all day and the problem will not reacur
2.Also what has been started the last few days is when I put it in park it rolls unless I give a little extra push to the shifter handle. this only happens 2 out of five times.

oh yeah another new problem, when engine is cold steering sticks until warmed

For the parking issue. The linkage needs adjustmant or is old and worn. I have the same prob. but am slowly doing an engine/trannt swap. so I will see then.
