I have a rhino grill that I happen to have here, and started cutting up my front end today, for my frame shortening project. Anyway, I can see that the rhino site further in, and is alot stronger as far as small sticks and stuff. Bit don't really feel like swapping in the round lights. I have all the stuff here on my old wag, but just lazy. Wondering what it looks like with square lights? Thanks, Dennis

I've got a fairly direct frontal shot of my 63 if someone wants it to try to photoshop the square <shudder> headlights on to it and see what it may look like?
Doesn't really sound like a good idea but then again some of the things I eat don't sound all that good either. ;)

I would imagine it would look just as bad as the lil' jeeps they made with square lights...Just not right!

Ok, I have all the parts, if I decide to do the round lights, do I cut the wires and use the old plug in? Im sure the round lights have a different plug on the back? Just wondering.

Man, I really like both of them. I think I'll pull a clinton, and do a poll to see what I should do.

hehe, they should both use a standard 3 pole plug. ground low and high. That is if you use a new round bulb. If you use an older style round bulb it'll only be a 2 prong I think, grounded through the body I believe.

Actually it didn't look too bad.

I have a Rhino waiting to go onto my wag. I too have the 'square' lights.

I might pull the grill and take a look at it this weekend (Just hang it to see what it look like).

If I do, I will take some pics....

Plugs are the same 3 prong.
Round trim rings are the SAME as the CJs.
I found that the buckets for the round lights didn't just fit in mine. Easily ground to fit and spot welded the buckets on.

Hint, use a hole saw and drill out a hole big enough for the plug to fit through in the direct center of the bucket. This lets the wiring harness have enough slack.
