Hey man, I'm looking for two Dana 44 u-bolt style 1310 yokes to put on in place of the strap style ones on this Waggy I'm building. I know you're upgrading your yokes so I thought you might have them lying around the shop. Thanks man.

I have the yoke at the tcase. The 44 went with the axle when sold. I also have the front drive shaft. It's got some wear on the slip splines, cause it's alittle wobbly. Your welcome to any of it. Dennis

I think my old yoke is the strap type, but from what I can tell, you can just drill out the threads, and use the u-bolt type retainer. I was looking at the 1410 yokes, and they where $12 cheaper for the strap type. Had them look at both types, and was told the holes where the same size, just one was threaded. So should be able to make any strap type a u-bolt type.

I'll see what I can do with those yokes, I know they are pretty thin around there because I was thinking of drilling them out but I'll check it again. One other thing, would you be willing to part with your rear driveshaft. I need one that has an installed length of 45in center of u-joint cap to center of u-joint cap. I think the J10s had that length. Thanks

My rear has already been cut twice. Once when I did the 360/t18 swap, and once again when doing the 14ff. So it's shorter than that alraedy. I don't know whether this guy is right or not, bit I can't see it weakening it much just by taking the threads and no more out. If you want my front and tcase yoke, email me. I also have the old dana 60 1350 yoke. It looks as though the PO cut away some of the surface, around the pinion nut, I guess to try to get more angle, but the Ubolt surfaces are fine.
