Hey everybody!

I'm new here and new to FSJ. Have a '93 Cherokee daily driver and just recently acquired a '76 J-10.

I'm in the process of getting it worked over and running again. I'm planing on installing a 3" body lift and new wheels and tires.

How much tire can go under there and still have good articulation room? This isn't going to be a extreme duty jeep yet, just get out on the weekends and use it for hunting. I'm leaning toward 15x10 or 15x8 on the rims.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I've wheeled the hell out of my J10 with stock suspension and my new 32x11.50 Dueler A/Ts amnd have not had any rubbing at all. You should be able to go with a 33x12.50 without any problem at all. The consenses bdfore I bought my tires seemed to be I could run narrow 33's no problem but might rub some with the 12.50's. 3" of lift should cure that problem.

Good luck and welcome you'll like it here :D
