i have Rusty's 4 inch all spring lift on my rig and recenty i just put 35s on ... i was wondering if there are spring shackels you can buy that give you a lil bit more lift for these things.
I really don't want to put a body lift on and really don't want to chop up the fenders as much as i have to . thanks

up front springs on your jeep you can use rear chevy of ford F150 shackles.
Just a question: how on earth did you fit 35's with just a 4" lift? Did you trim a bunch of fender material off or something? For the back you will need to go with blocks if all you want is like 2". 2" blocks arent to bad. Just dont goo over 2".

Well, you could use chevy shackles up front to gain an inch, and call Rusty's up and get 2" blocks for the rear. That would probably be the easiest thing to do. You could also trim the fenders and use bushwacker XJ flares for a finished look, they fit great on Heimeken's GW.
OK, were not being mean here but we told you from experience that if you want that big a tire you are going to have to cut...

I'll say it again, I have 4+ inches of lift, 33's, and I had to cut, no way around it. 35's = a body lift and you'll still be close, not wheeling anything.
I just cut 2" off the front today for the 33's as I heard it hit last night on a nice deep dip during a turn. Something has to move to make them fit well.

I have the tires installed ... I had to cut the @#$% out of the fenders {in the rear about 16th of an inch from the rear door}. I am not going to put a body lift on my Wag. I was just wondering if i could put some aftermarket shackels on it to get a lil more lift.

Go with the rear lift blocks, and longer shackles in front, and you may get away with it.

You can use XJ lift shackles. I run Rusty's .75" XJ shackles at all four corners of my Wag. They are plenty strong, and have greasable bushings. I think he offers a couple different lift sizes, though you probably shouldnt go with anything over an inch of lift. NOTE: this is only for the front, if you put longer shackles in the rear, it would actually lower the truck. But like everyone else has said, looks like some trimming is in order if you are that opposed to a body lift.

One thing that will help you in the rear, is
to take the rear axle loose and install a rear
lift block that moves your rear axle towards
the rear of your jeep about 3/4" to 1".
I have made billet steel blocks like this for
myself and others and they work great. They
can be made pretty much any thickness you
want but I limit them to 1.5" myself. A
1" thick steel block like this would do pretty
well for you I think. The location trick is
just to offset the steel dowel that enters
the spring pad from the hole that the spring
dowel enters. I only make them out of steel
because they never give or fail but some people
have made them out of 6061 Aluminum without
having problems. Just make sure they are the
full width of the spring and at least as long
as your spring pads. I prefer to use custom
9/16" or 5/8" U-bolts myself as most of the time
you will need to replace them anyway. I have
snapped 7/16" and 1/2" u-bolts before in severe
use applications and bad things happen when the
rear axle comes loose...
Any decent machine shop should be able to
fabricate these for you if you don't feel like
doing them yourself. This way, you won't have
to fight with your rear doors. I would offer
to make a set for you but am already commited
to too many projects for a while.
Good to see some fellow FSJ folks in VA!

IVE GOT A 4" LIFT AND A SOA AND THEY STILL RUB AT FULL STUFF SOMETIMES SO I GOT CUTTING.... IF YOU WHEEL A N/T WITH EVEN 6" OF LIFT ITS GONNA RUB. THERE ARE 2 WAYS NOT TO RUB... CUT THE FENDERS OR........ DONT WHEEL.
