yellow box?

I have an 86 GW in process of rebuild.When I got It I pulled the carpet and there was a yellow box under the dash on the passenger side. Not knowing what it was i disconnected it. I drove it for a while(decided to go all out this time)and everything worked except cruise control.I have read a few threads about a cruise control module. Is that what this is Any help is appreciated thanks
P.S. Who is rusty and how can I see these lift kits I keep hearing about?

Yup, that's the cruise control module.
