I saw this one at coloradok5 anyone running it in a jeep? I think if you have the cases around you can make this on a budget. It would be nice to have 2 to 1 and 4 to 1 options

I am working on one currently. If you you have a Th400 or a 727 it also requires a trans output shaft change and adapter. I am making mine a little more custom (difficult) than that. I am having the input gear on my 203 modified to add over an 1" in length added to it. This is going to allow me to keep my 727 trans output shaft and adapter. This will also allow me to make the whole assy. as short as posible.

the adapter can get pretty expensive. I have seen the doubler adapter go for aroung 800 bucks normally. The cheapest I have seen is a guy on POR that is selling them for about 450 i think.
A doubler is not a bad set up, heavy as all heck though. Both the reducer part of the 203 and the 205 are heavy pigs. And if you don't have a long wheelbase it can make driveshaft angles a real pain in the...........
I personally am going to go with the Klune although its about 800 bucks more then the doubler setup, But it's a pretty impresive tool. It can function as a adapter and also a clocking ring to raise a NP205 out of the dirt. Since it comes from the factory dragging in the dirt. Well back to your post sorry for the temp. hijacking...

Well, I'm currently working on building my own doubler. Right now I'm building an adapter in my school's machine shop. I'm currently looking for people that are intereted in one that want to give me money for materials and a little extra since I'm going to have to do all the design and everything and then pay for materials, the actually building of the adapter won't take me too long so I'm willing to build several at a time for slightly more than the cost of materials. See my other thread.

I paid about $750 for my ORD doubler, also got their twin stick shifter for the tcase. Simple as pie installation.
