NOTE:
I am removing anything that does not have a picture of a FSJ, a chick (or a rooster), if it's an obvious photoshop, it's going away also. I will also be taking out any duplicate photos to try to get the size of this thread down.

I sold my '78 Chief to make the move to Texas in '93. I needed to get more reliability than the old beast.
This XJ was her daily driver while at Texas grad school. Over the years we had it I installed a lift and a rear Lock Right. Some rock sliders and Tomken skids. Lots of fun that lil' Jeep.
We were trail leaders in that Jeep at the 2nd YO Ranch Jambo. In fact that's the first Cherokee to ever run a trail there. We cut trails the year before the YO Jambo started. It was stock then and I took it out to Ft. Hood and bent a spring the weekend before the first YO Jambo. We ended up missing the first one because of it, but were back the following year. We took that XJ all over the country wheeling and camping.

Good times.

BTW we celebrated 15 years of marriage on the 19th of December. :thumbsup:

Ok, once again I have worked through this.
I have deleted many posts, most for the reason that the pic's are no longer available (many of you have changed ISP/hosting sites) I did soft deletes on those, you can reinsert the pic's if you care to.
Second most common reason for deletion was it was just a comment.
That's cool, go for it, next time I work through this thread I'll take out the newer ones also.
Third most common reason was it was just not even remotely relevant to the thread. Sorry, too bad, I don't care.
