WHAT A WEEKEND! went 4wheeling at night and drove off a 8 foot cliff @ 15mph and wow what an impact, my head has a big bump and cut steering wheel looks like a taco, but I bent it back kinda. then we keeped going and got stuck in so good old GILA RIVER quick sand, up to the cab. 15 hours later jeep is back home.

results...

broken motor mounts
broken trany mount
bent front driveshaft
fan through radiator
liver(catfish bait) spilled all over back
two blown tires
all the black paint on my one of my rims is gone

BUT we can REBUILD HER STRONGER, FASTER, SMARTER(well the Jeep not driver) pics later.

front pic no real damage but I am glad I built that bumper I saved use, if not for that bumper we would have been on our roof.

Give your description of the events, I'm surprised you didn't sustain more damage. Have you checked the frame for bends or creases yet? Hopefully all check out well for you.

By the way, your front license plate is certainly appropriate.

yes it is, and no still waiting for the nasty rotten liver smell to disapate... :( I will get pics of the cliff as soon as possible so that means when I get the rig back on or off road, btw I ordered 4 pair of 100w off-road lights 2 for every direction, the reason we wheel at night is that it is too dam hot in the day time.
