4 amp cruise control fuse?

The electrical schematic for my '87 (with yellow cruise control box duct-taped under passenger side of dash) shows a 4 amp fuse. Can anyone tell me where that little sucker is located? I couldn't find it.

I think that mine was an in-line fuse that is in one of the wires that go up to the switch on the column.
