Shift on the fly with PT?

Just out of curiosity, with the front hubs locked, can you shift on the fly with the Milemarker part time kit?


Found out I will have to wait another week to get the chain I ordered. Had decided to put it on the full time case. But, by the time the chain gets here the standard gear for the part time case will be here as well, so I suppose I could install the PT case instead. Though, I don't really see any reason to do this.

No, AFAIK; the shift mechanism from normal to emergency drive remains the same for the shift from 2wd to 4wd, so the same kind of care needed for that shift will be needed for getting into 4wd with the Milemarker kit.
