wheel width

I am runnig the stock slotted aluminum rims on my 74 wag. I dont know how wide they are. Can I find out without removing a tire?

If they're the optional factory slotted alum wheels they're 15x7's.

You should be able to see the stamp on the inside on the front wheels.
