How to tell if you have bad proportioning valve

I have a bad proportioning valve my back brakes are the only ones working. Or I could have bled htem in properly. I sthere anything I should pay special attention too :confused:

What new equipment have you installed?
What process are you using to bleed and in what order?
Are you pushing in the pin on the prop. valve?

uhhm i replaced the line to the rear brakes and the left rear line a few weeks ago. i was having a hard time getting the brakes to bleed. turns out one of the couplings in the line wasnt snug and was sucking air. tightened it and presto. proportioning valve never was a problem, tho i thought so at first
