I'm looking for some detailed shots of the front axle mods. Especially the area around the differential housing. I know somebody out there's got some shots. Please? :D

Um, what kind of front axle mods? SOA setup is most common, but there are others.

Oh,I guess I should've specified :D I'm mainly looking to find some detailed pix of the modifications done to the diff housing when doing a SOA on a driver's side diffed rig. Like, how much was ground off, spacers for the passenger side to even it all out. Stuff like that smile.gif Oh,and shock mount options, too.

I am not an expert. This is just how I did it. It will be tested in Tellico at the end of the month.

Are you doing this on the '86 listed in your sig and your avitar?? It looks pretty tall already smile.gif

Yes on the 86. I wanted better flex than I have with the 6" leafs up front. Plus I just can't leave stuff alone. Not to mention that my rear rusty's springs were sagging to the driverside and overall. Insult to injury. The SOA ends up being 1" over the 6" springs.

Sooo......are you gonna be selling the 6" springs smile.gif ? I may be interested in 'em,as well as the 35's you mentioned on that other site! Oh,another thing. I went to the GFSJ.org site in your sig. Nice site! It's cool to have a local site like that! I do have a problem with it,though. I registered and all like I was supposed to so I could post on the site, but I never got a confirmation e-mail. Do you know anyone that could help me out on it? Thanks!

*nevermind* I found the e-mail in my "spam e-mail" folder. You've got a couple of messages on there :D

Yeah I found you over there and left you a message as well. Yes I am selling the springs but they are already spoken for. Thanks for the offer tho. The info on the GH's is over there as well. Come over this weekend to inspect the tires if you want, I will be working on the wag as long as it is not raining.
