We also got a 80+ factory brushguard at a yard in Farmington a couple years ago. Finally getting around to modifying it to fit 3 pc bumper. The mount tabs had to be moved to fit where bumper guards bolt on. One of the frame rails was also bent and we straightened it out and spread rails a bit to fit around bumper mount to frame. Some sanding and paint and she'll be set...

Yup! We live on a highway that should be called Roadkill Alley during the winter months - dead deer and elk every hundred yards or so. I call my brush guard a "Deer Strainer". :D

The brush guards mount the same for 79-91 for the 1 pc. bumpers. The 3 pc. bumpers have different mounts. There was a brush guard availble for the last couple years of 3 pc. bumper, 77 & 78 I believe. I moved the tabs on this one made for 1 pc. bumper to fit her. Oh, and this is Krista's Jeep and she picks the colors... ;)
