my stock ignition cylinder dosn't turn with or without the key, tryed to fix it and came to conclusion of replacing it. I yanked an ignition cylinder out of a scout to put in. but now with the scout cylinder it dosn't turn-over. I got on power so I know it's getting juice but it just won't turn-over. dosn't sound like it's trying to either though. how does one plug in an ignition cylinder properly and what wire needs to go where?
