Trip to Bonne Carre spillway Sat or Sun???

I am planning to take a trip to the spillway on Sat or Sun (2/8 or 2/9)I live in New Orleans and I was planning on just making a day trip. If anyone is interested give me a post......

It should be pretty good with all the rain this weekend!!!!!!

Or if anyone knows some other good spots this weekend within two hours of New Orleans I'm in...

I just welded my diffs last weekend and I'm ready to see what they can do!!

Do you know some good wheeling spots in the area (legal!)?

Ok, I know there hasn't benn ,much response to this thread but I am going to the spillway this weekend, March 22/23 I plan on being at the recreation area, by the gas station across the street from the boat launch, at 9:00 on either day. I have 33's and with all the rain it might be a little too muddy for them but what the heck! smile.gif

Anybody interested?
