I used the following:
8.5mm wires #MSD-31189
Blaster 2 Ford w/ connectors#MSD-8205
Ford Cap-A-Dapt #MSD-8414
Wire Spacer #MSD-8841
From www.summitracing.com. (http://www.summitracing.com.) About $133 for all of it.

Are you doing a complete MSD set-up?
If so, you can buy the ignition module (I used the 6A, but most guys use the 6AL) this is wired onto the positive wire from the old coil and your battery. The Blaster 2 coil connects directly to the ignition set up, thus you won't need the Ford Connection unless you are NOT buying the MSD ignition module. The ignition also comes pre-wired for the MSD pro-billet distributor, if you are retaining your stock distributor or opting for the TFI upgrade on this instead of full replacement, you will have to splice into the connectors there. MSD recommends that all of those splices be soldered with heat shrink for insulation. I could not agree more or be happier with this upgrade.
I hope that helps

I did the upgrade (check the drivetrain for my GW on the page in my sig); you certainly don't have to change the distributor.
There are two ways to hook it up, one to the coil and one using the MSD Ford Duraspark harness. The former retains the Duraspark box, while the MSD harness bypasses it entirely. I recommend using the setup that leaves the stock box out of the equation, as the MSD will be the only thing triggering the ignition, but you can hook the stock box up in no time if the MSD fails.
You can upgrade to a TFI coil later; it really doesn't matter what kind of coil the MSD box is triggering (though there are some obscure incompatibilities with aftermarket coils).
i am using the MSD 6A box, bypassing the duraspark. the duraspark seemed like a weak link from other people's posts. i did put in a new distributor, not necessary though. i used a napa rebuilt unit. i was pleased with the MSD parts and service. good luck
