It worked just fine before I swapped engines. Then the old motor ran too cool and vaccum was inconsistent due to a bad timing chain.

Out goes the 360, in goes the 413.

Good vacuum, smooth idle, lotsa power.

Re-used the original intake and carburetor.

Turned on the cruise.... and .... nothing!

Why?

if there is lots of vacum it sounds electronic have you checked the switch. or maybe one of the vacume lines is pluged . wish i could offer more help
