How many rattle cans, including primer, will it take to cover my Grand Wagoneer? Ive already picked out a paint scheme. If you guys would like, I could post a drawing that I made from paintbrush of it the color scheme.

Whenever I painted the Jeep, I did a camo scheme. I bought 12 cans of flat black to cover the whole Jeep. 12 was enough, but more would've worked for a thicker coat. What scheme are you going for? Post that drawing. It shouldn't take more than 15-18 cans, depending.

This is what I hope for it to look like after Im done with it. I found some pics on some french site. I think I got the link to it from Bob Barry's website. Anyways, after a couple of hours, this is what I came up with. :D

Very cool Jon! That'll look really sharp on the street, and the deer still won't see you coming with their poor color vision. Where did you get that graphic? Its pretty cool, do you have one for a Cherokee?

Be sure to get the trigger attachment for your cans. If you don't, you'll be hatin' life after a while of holding those nozzles down with your finger.

Yep, about 14 cans for a waggy... this is what i used.... and a few cans of clear coat......

the problem is that the paint will fade in a year or two even with the clear coat ( at least here in cal where is paint is water based.).... but the touch up is easy...... as well as any minor road damage.

Your color scheme is good.... easy to repair too

Cheers

Very sweet camo-pattern. I've always dug black-n-red anyways (sooooooooooooo Goth ;) :D )

I'm still going to do a Russian winter/urban camo scheme i found a while back. It was from a picture of a ZIL-type light-truck, and it looked very similar to a chop-top Cherokee.

But, yeah, where'd you find the link for that drawing???? :D
