77 wag body sway?

anybody here experience this? it feels completely different than my old 90GW. can't crawl under the truck right now, does the 77 have sway bars on it?

A 77 has a front stabilzer bar. The 25 year old rubber bushings in it and/or your body mounts just "may" be a tad on the worn side...ya think? ;)
I'd look there first and see what shape they're in. After that look for general front end suspension parts that are worn, rear axle alignment etc.

Not all 70's Jeeps came with the sway-bar. It's listed as an option, though one without would be rare.

I, on the other hand, happen to be the 1-inna-million without. There are no brackets or holes in my frame for the sway-bar to mount to. And the body roll is crazy.
