J20 Towing Capacity

Hello.. This is my first post on this forum.

Would a 84 J20 make a good tow rig?

I found a good deal on one and was wondering if it was worth my time to fix it.

It has been completely taken apart and painted.
It has a new 360 engine that has been put in but not hooked up. It has new seats and a new interior that still need to be put in.

Should work great. It's a 3/4 ton truck.

Will I be able to tow a 25' goose neck with camper and a jeep on it? 7600 LB

Yes. Kind of pushin' it though. You may look for a 1 ton.
