e brake cables

all u people with long bed jtrucks that are lifted, how did u lengthen ur e brake cables? mine are guitar tight.

get a longer althread bolt so you can extend it out more where the two cables join.

and slide the entire systrem back some?

yah for the most part. there is a single cable that goes from your e-brake pedal. it goes to a piece of all thread, then that goes to each wheels cable. getting a longer cable will let you slacken up the two cables some, so they arent so tight. I can take a pict tomorrow about what i mean if you want.
