I yanked the guts out of a spare QT case that tested out good. Too bad the case was messed up or I could have just shelved the whole unit. Now, to store the clutches/cones unit for long term, I just filled up a small garbage can with 80/90 wieght and some 10W30 that I had laying around and dropped the unit into the garbage can and filled it up until it was covered. think this will work to store it until I need it to prevent rust and so forth?

I'd use non-detergent 30w, just cause I'm wierd like that. Is it one of your new 4?

2 of my 5 tested out good. Sold one unit off and kept the best of the lot for a spare. I had 2 QT's laying around and you gave me 3 of the buggers. And yes you are wierd! :D
