TFI on Gollum today

I did the TFI conversion today. It runs even better! I rechecked the timing as per some techs and advanced to the point of ping and then backed off a tad. All bog and lag is gone now, purrs like a kitten.

Ahhh, now for the head swap, larger intake, and a new carb! If you haven't already, do a search for Head Swap or 4.0. Many people have done this upgrade, and it can seriously increase the output of your 258.

If I find another jeep, and it has a 258, I'll do this swap as one of the first things. Power AND good mileage! ;)
