Q/T yoke questions...

Is there any specific years for the quadratrac that they used the fine spline front output yolk?

Ive got 3 cases laying in the garage, 1 had a fine spline(didn't count em about 20 or so) and the others all had coarse splines(about 10). None of them had part time units just plain qt's. Other than the spline count the yolks all looked the same size wise,u bolt type etc. Im asking cause I sold the fine spline to a friend for his dana300.

I oftened wondered the same thing, but never really searched it out... my front yoke of the QT was a direct bolt in on the rear of my D20 though... I think I have the 10 spline... the QT was the original in my 78....

yea Ive got a spare dana20 and pulled a yoke off it too just to see if it was the same. It was the 10 spline too. The qt I got the fine splined one off of came out of my 78 wagoneer. ? .I had another from a 78 but it was coarse splined,I had one more from a 76 that was coarse also.
