oh yeah, cam will be shot too. and you have all that missing metal in the oil, too. unless the filter got it all. riiiiiight! at the very least change out the cam and lifters, drop the pan and clean it out, cheap oil and filter for a few hundred miles and change it again.

gey some 220 wet/dry sand paper and a smooth surface remember to take your time and........

Be sure to carve the necessary longer pushrod from either hickory or oak. Don't want it breaking on you. :eek:

When i did my lifters and cam i pulled 2 Really bad ones like that and a 3rd that was relitivly bad. But it runs like a top now.
