Use a big-block Chevrolet one. It will work fine.

I don't know about a BBC one as posted above since I've never tried that but one for a small block Chev works with minor file work.

BBC bolts up perfectly. Like it was made to fit (joke).
And for how CHEAP they are, and available at almost any chain parts store, you can't beat them.
