k i checked to see if i had a spark and i did, but it still wont start i poured a bit of fresh gas in the carb and some in the bowl, it has a new starter, fuel pump and battery

Would you please review the problem? I looked back over the last 10 days of posts and could not come up with yours...
1. does it turn over?
2. does it spin and spin but does not catch?
3. does it just do nothing?

You may have spark but when? In other words, it could be the timing.

i have a spark when i turn it over it is turning good but its not catching, i have a new starter and battery in it.

Right. If the spark is happening way too soon or way too late, then you will not have combustion and therefore need to check your timing so that the spark plugs fire at the right time.

Right. And you also need gas. Can you smell gas?
If you open the air cleaner and pump the throttle, do you see gas squirt into the throat?
