Dear Mr. 2 Impatient 4 Us,

It sometimes takes a half-hour, or occasionally, even an HOUR, for somebody to pipe up with an answer to your question. <JK!>

Seriously, as others already noted, it sounds like a sticking float, debris at the inlet seat, or maybe a bad Aeronid canister on the back of the carb. If it's still under warranty, return, it; otherwise, you're looking at a rebuild.
