Finished up the 360 for the wagoneer today, ready to install :D

Also, this weekend I did an upgrade to the engine for getting extra oil to the distributor drive gear. AMC V8s' are known for wearing out distributor drive gears because of oiling problems. 8)

Great choice on the color too, gray will go with any exterior color and it's easier to trace oil leaks...which I'm sure you won't have for a while smile.gif

Looks very nice. I like that adapt a cap as well. :D

Thanks everyone :D

The red cap is thanks to the part numbers from (I think) Bob Barry's site for the TFI upgrade. I am going to tie the TFI upgrade into the MSD 6A ignition system that was installed in the Waggy when I got it.

Where is the neon paint?

Looks nice. Did you break it down and clean it up? How long did it take?

I spent a few days, probably 5 total, because I had some broken bolt issues (two motor mount bolts, an exhaust manifold bolt, and one timing cover bolt). So while I was there I replaced the timing chain with gears, oil pan, valve covers, block freeze plugs, dip stock tube, and put on the aluminum intake. I was surprised by the dealer when I went to get the dip stick tubes. I wanted a spare so I asked for two, they had them in stock.
That is all my pocket book could take at this point ;)
