My driver side works both front and back but slowly. My passenger side lights up both front and back but will not blink as if I had a bad bulb. Does anybody know what's going on? I just had it painted and want to get it out of the shop and on the road. Thanks guys for any help.

You might also try a new "variable-load" flasher, which doesn't require a precise resistance in order to flash. As Mula noted, the ground may be flaky, increasing resistance and not letting the termal switch in the flasher can to get hot enough to trip on and off.
