Try 4WD Hardware or Quadratec. They have a lot of stuff and can probably get you most of what you need. You can't get the clutches for the center diff, so now may be a good time for a part time kit. Kind of pricey, but a breeze to put in and better for gas and wear and tear.

Zack, if you decide to go with the part time kit, then I have an offer for you. I have a part time kit with overdrive and I want want one without OD. The OD kit cost $100 bucks more. I will give you my OD gear and chain (the only two parts that are different in the OD kit) for your old chain and new non-od gear. This way you save some money and get part time with OD.
