Can someone provide me with a detailed
description of how to remove each front
fender from my J10. Anything in particular I
should be aware of? Any hard to reach hidden
bolts?

Given the age of the vehicle, you can probably count on breaking several rusty bolts. Even so, squirt every one of them with penetrant in the days leading up to your project.
The ones to be particularly careful with are those that are exposed to the elements and those along the bottom of the fender. At the lower front, you'll see a bracket; be careful because this can break, too. There are two bolts at the lower rear of the fender, just in front of the door...

The ones along the top in the engine compartment, at the back behind the door-edge, the two on the bottom and the ones in the back of the fenderwll are pretty obvious.
Also get the ones connecting to the hood-hinge brace.
The not-so-obvious ones will be behind the turn-signal housing and inside next to the headlight. There are three total in there on each side. A 3/8" air-ratchet makes the job a LOT easier!
