Fuel Filler Hoses

My 81 is in need of new filler/vent hoses from the filler neck to the tank. I have not removed anything yet, was wondering if the hose is the same size on each end. I had an 89, and the hose was different sizes on each end, and $100 from the Chrysler dealer. This hose looks the same on both ends.

I also have an auxiliary gas tank, aftermarket but made to fit where the spare was. Any one else have one of these?
