while comeing home today i hit a bumb in the road.now when the gw is running or with the key in the on/run pos.i have a buzzing sound coming from the tailgate/inside.crawled under to check the trailer box and it is not from under the rig.it is definitly coming from the tailgate.any ideas befor i pull it apart.thanx in advance

Yikes, my only suggestion is to make sure not to kill yourself with the tension that those springs in there are holding...other than that...buena suerte!

window works fine never had this with the others ive had.is ther anything in ther that would do this.only whene running or in run poss. not in acc. pos. help

Is the cat from your exhaust somehow relocated to the rear door? Maybe a hornets nest in there?

nothing burning no hornets.stock exhaust.this sounds like a seatbelt buzzer steady and loud can hear it over radio.well i know what i am doing this weekend

I don't know what is in the back that would only be on with the key... Let us know what you find.

Have no idea, I've had 3 tailgates apart (not that any of them work right) and can't think of anything in them that would buzz (never saw a defroster relay in any either but that doesn't mean there isn't one).

My vote would be a relay. Had a relay make noise on one of my other vehicles before.

thats what i was thinking but didnt know if there was one in ther.defroster has never worked.wires on glass are gone.gonna look at the wire dia. cuase its raining and i got no garage

well sounds like a relay.didnt pull it apart but when i unpluged the defroster switch on dash it stoped.now to find out if its the switch or relay that is bad.no rush.has any one reatached the wires on the glass and if so how.
