I'm getting ready to by an NV4500 for my Wagoneer. I was planning on putting in the 23 spline version that hooks directly to my NP208 tcase but was thinking that a 205 would be better. I need drivers side drop so a ford would work right? Anyone if they will hook up without adapters. NV4500->Ford NP205.

You would have to swap the 31 spline input gear for a Dodge 23 spline NP205 input gear. Takes 15 minutes to do. Then use a factory 23 spline sleeve to mate them. I have all of this stuff if you are interested.
The round mounting flange will fit, but you may need to drill new clocking holes to your liking.

FSJeeper... Isn't there a 31 spline NV4500?

Anything is possible, but 31 spline rear outputs are what Ford uses and a Ford versions NV4500 was never made.
The only outputs I know of for the NV4500 are 23, 29, and 32 splines.

Send me an e-mail for your asking price for the parts you mentioned ie. 205, input gear and sleeve. I still need to find the NV but I'm working on it.
