Where is the 02 sensor located on my 91 GW (ie. where's my access to it.) Also, how do you know if it has gone bad?

Unless your fuel injected you ain't got one. If by chance there is one it would be on your exhaust pipe fairly close to where the Y-pipe is.

OK. just curious. I'm going to try to pass a smog test this, or maybe even next week. I've already ordered another catalytic converter from Summit that I'll have welded up. Also through in some of that "Guaranteed to pass smog test" stuff as well. Also changed spark plugs,etc.. The usual stuff.
Wanted to make sure about the 02 sensor...

The Guaranteed stuff is not that good. Best bet is change out plugs, oil, filters etc etc. Then run gas down to minimum then add 3-5 gallons of premium gas and add a gallon of denatured alcohol(get it at Home Depot). Alcohol burns hot and helps burn off emissions. Actually since your putting a new cat on it that should get you thru. Be sure your smog pump is working good. I plumbed mine direct to the cat but your in CA I'm sure they'll notice that and bounce you for sure since the air tubes are still on your manifolds.
If it's a stock FSJ there isn't one. No FSJ ever came with one from the factory.

No V8 fsj did......but the 258 powered ones with the feedback computer and BBD carb did.
Yup, Rusty is correct the 258's with the puter did have one. Sorry.
