You just buy the # of pucks you need and goto the hardware shop and get the nut, washers, and bolts. You can get the pucks seperate from here:

4wheelparts (http://www.4wheelparts.com/category.asp?cat=BOD)

Goto the bodylift section and then to the performance kits and then about halfway down hte screen there is a section for replacement blocks.

About what size tires could I fit on a 3 inch body lift? Also when ading a body lift does it mess with the spring strength? I just want to be a little higher. thanks

It won't mess with your springs at all. You may be a bit "tippier". Unless of course they are shot already. You can get stock replacement for your springs if you need them. The things you need to watch for are your gas tank hoses, any wiring that has been attached to your frame and your transmission linkage. Be sure to soak the nuts several times with a loosener like PB blaster a couple of weeks before you start. It will make your life much easier. As far as tires goes, it varies from rig to rig. 33's for sure if your's is a wide track. maybe even 35's. there are tons of posts on here regarding tire size. Do a search of the tech forum.
