Chugging at low speed

Today on the way to work, I rounded a corner and the truck started chugging upon acceleration. It seems to idle fine. I'm at work now any ideas?

Mine did that a few months ago. Did a full tune up and found a spark plug had completely fouled to the point it would no longer fire. Put in a new one with a 'non-fouler' and all is well.

This happened as soon as I went around the corner, would a spark plug be that fast? My first thought was something slid out of place.
