You must mount the front of the rear springs first then flex them to the shackle... it's the only way to install them.

If you are referring to the hyper-extension of the front shackles into the frame bracket... yeah.. had that problem.

I just tok the ears off the front of the mounts where the shackel would get stuck... I haven't had a problem since.

This is due to the "softride" that the Skyjacker is named for...if you catch a little air or hit a set of whoops to quick... it'll keep happening. Sheer articulation will not bind them up, but it will hit the same place and not jar and get stuck.

Yep I ran into problems putting on my rear springs.

I put the front bolts in first like RB said. Then I mounted the shackel to the rear eye. With the bolt going from the inside out.( will rub frame if the nut is on the inside) Then I used a bottle jack and a piece of 2x4 between the rear bumper area and spring eye. It was up in there horizantel (spell?) and pumped it up some to arch the spring more. Then I had a floor jack under the spring where the axel goes. I used this to controll up and down. Then I was able to line it up and slip in the last bolt through the frame.

I hope this makes sents.

If you are talking about the shackle in the rear resting up againt the mount during a droop.... it's normal...that's the way all FSJ's are.

The rear springs are much flatter than the front ones due to being SOA in the back. The articulation and wieght of the FSJ will make it droop more... TRUST me.....
