WT width

Anyone know off the top of their head the width of a WT Cherokee's rear axle? It seems that the rear axle on mine is a NT axle,but looking at other FS Cherokees,it seems normal. I know the front is right,the rear is just abnormal looking. :(

the w/t rear axle is not as wide as the front.......phil

The rear should be about 63in

... I couldn’t find much on the width except as noted below.

... The Dana 44/SJ Narrow Track rear is 59" between WMS '62-'81

I did find that the ‘tread’ width of a 1981 WT Cherokee rear-end is 3.1 inches narrower than the front per 1981 TSM
