Rusty's Offroad. Be sure to read all the posts regarding his lifts.

Rusty's (http://www.rustysoffroad.com/)

WARNING!!WARNING!! Cheap does not meen good lift. I got a "bargain lift" for my suburban and it beats the crap out of me on even mildly rough roads. Rusty's is supposed to be a good lift with a good ride for a good price. :cool:

Check with some of your local spring shops. I got my Cherokee lifted 4 in. for $450.00, that included labor, rearching, and adding a leaf new bolts, ect.. It clears my 35 in. tires and rides great

You might try "Rough Country". There in Dyersburg, TN. They have a whole line of kits and lifts. I'm gonna put a lift under my Honcho this summer. Good Luck. :cool:

Get a SYSTEM

SYSTEM=4 new springs

KIT= 2 new front springs and AAL's or blocks in the rear...

Why mix new springs with 20+ yr old springs... do it right...

my .02$
SUPERLIFT SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My springs are stiffer than stiff and they have started sagging (three years old)
They have sucked up any and all articulation in the front end of my truck. Luckily the PO that installed the SUprelift springs up front, installed new original spec springs in the back with blocks!

Check out a BDS lift from www.davidallenracing.com (http://www.davidallenracing.com)
Ask for Dave Jr. and tell him you are a IFSJA member. I think he gives a discount. Anyway, he was alot less expensive than the same lift from a shop in the next town over from me, even after adding in shipping!!! Plus, he has a killer 1976 Cherokee Wide track Convertible. tongue.gif :D :cool:

I've got the 4" BDS lift (all leafs) for about $800. It rides pretty good! I like it better than stock. I think I have to get better shocks though... I like BDS.

And at the end of the week I'll have Thorley headers!!

That's exactly how I want to butcher my cherokee!! Except, I'd like to figure out something better than the green tarp for a soft top. Convertible cheros: the ultimate FSJ the factory never made. If only someone made a soft top conversion for us... *sigh*
