I gots a qustion for you all. Does the rear driveshaft on my '69 wag have to be timed? It's original, with the b&t front joint, d20 t-case,& d-44 rearend.Any help?

Timed? It is balnaced from the factory. There are two marks on the driveshaft, one on the yoke side and one on the splines. they should match up.
What is the Wag doing that makes you think you need to "time" it? Are there vibrations? Or did you change the u-joints? If you did not seperate the shaft you will be OK.

porkchop, this shaft isn't the slip splined type. it has the original ball&trunion or detriot type front universal.the old drive shaft was banged up and it looked like someone tried to fix it!anyways i had this bad vibration at about 55mph or when i hit passing gear. so i had a new one made, still got the vibration!! whaddathin'
